JackRabbit
has made a commitment to help bring people into the sports that
we love. Our training programs are designed to provide a supportive,
supervised environment. Our beginner programs are by far the
most popular, with hundreds of people participating at a time.
We've created a series of programs to help a sedentary person
can transform themselves into a runner, cyclist, swimmer, or
triathlete. All of our programs focus on coached group workouts
so you can interact with other people who are making the same
transformation. |

All of our programs are goal oriented, whether
that goal is run/walking 3 miles or completing a 5 mile race
- you know when you've made it. For intermediate and advanced
athletes, we offer running and triathlon programs with a similiar
coaching and group structure, with goals of completing your
first marathon, improving your race time at various distances,
or making the leap from a single sport to triathlon. The group
environment helps keep you motivated and on track, and the coaching
is focused on advancing your fitness at a sustainable rate so
you can achieve your goals on race day. |

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
For all regular, non-sold out programs JackRabbit will provide a full refund up to
and including the 14th day after the program start date. Upon the 15th day and
thereafter we will provide credit only, pro-rated based on the number of
classes remaining, regardless of how many or how few classes you have attended.
For classes that have reached maximum capacity and registration has been closed you
will receive a full refund up to and including the program start date only if a
replacement can be found to take your place in the sold-out program. If a
replacement cannot be found prior to the start of the program, absolutely no refunds
or credits will be provided.
Race/Event registrations are non-transferable and non refundable.
