JackRabbit has made a commitment to help bring people into the sports that we love. Our training programs are designed to provide a supportive, supervised environment. Our beginner programs are by far the most popular, with hundreds of people participating at a time. We've created a series of programs to help a sedentary person transform into a runner, cyclist, swimmer, or triathlete. All of our programs focus on coached group workouts so you can interact with other people who are making the same transformation.
