We've developed our Spring Track Program for intermediate to advanced athletes interested in gaining a step on their competition heading into the Summer running and triathlon seasons.
Incorporating regular track workouts into your training schedule is a highly effective way to increased speed. Our weekly workouts are designed to increase foot speed and improve speed and efficiency through various track drills and structured intervals. These workouts will get you running significantly out of your comfort zone, so be prepared to do some hard work!
Because this is an intermediate-advanced level class, participants must be able to run a 30 minute 5-K or faster to participate. This class is a great next step for folks who have already completed JackRabbit's Targeted Training for a Faster Finish class, and the schedule is also a terrific preparation for any late spring or early summer road race or triathlon.

When & Where: Class meets every Thursday morning from 6:30-7:30 am at the Lower East Side Track from June 6th thru August 8th with NO class Thursday, July 4th. For those of you who have to go to work afterwords, we will be sure to wrap up class and have you on your way no later than 7:30am!
*All JackRabbit Training Programs are adult only and persons muct be 18 years of age by the first day of class. Only registered adults may participate and dogs and strollers are not invited to participate.
