Do you only swim, bike and run? Do you want to get stronger and faster while preventing injuries? Why not incorporate some core and strength training into your weekly schedule. JackRabbit Sports and Physical Equilibrium have teamed up for this strength and circuit training program to help you take your training to the next level.
This is a great compliment to your current endurance program. It will improve your basic core strength, joint strength and flexibility. This class will help you restore your body's natural balance for improved performance and at the same time, keep injuries at bay.
Our workouts take place in Prospect Park OR Central Park where we utilize "natural equipment" - stairs, benches, grassy areas, and one another for a total body workout. Class is one hour and includes warm up and stretching cool down.
We have three days of Mondays & Wednesdays at 7:00pm and Saturday at 10:00am in Prospect Park OR Mondays & Wednesday at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 10am in Central park with one flat rate. Register for either the Prospect Park or Central Park session but feel free to mix & match and go to any or al of the workouts.
