Rob

Rob began running at the tender age of seven, mostly to getaway from bullies. But he discovered he was pretty fast and joined the cross country and track teams in high school. Take a brief hiatus from running in college to join the crew team (rowers get more girls, right?), he returned to the pavement upon moving to NYC in 2006. Rob started working at JackRabbit in 2010 after a brief stint in the stock market. Finding that he enjoyed wearing dri-fit and spandex over tailored pants and ties to work, he now helps people achieve their fitness dreams through shoe fits and constantly reorganizing the Upper East Side store. In his athletic life, Rob loves to compete in triathlons. He found success at the sprint distance before making the jump to half-ironmans (he will eventually do a full ironman if his wife ever lets him). He is a proud member of Team USA and plans to compete at the World Championships in Spain in 2012.
